They’re back: @BlockdaemonHQ is doubling down on Obol Distributed Validators. The institutional-grade node operator is increasing its commitment of stake through Lido’s Curated Module. Let’s explore why…
Now, Blockdaemon can increase the amount of ETH it stakes on our infrastructure because Lido has expanded its support for Obol to Curated Module operators. It’s one of several entities to add stake through our dedicated program, joining the likes of Stakely and DSRV.
The reason Blockdaemon is returning after its first deployment is simple. Obol Distributed Validators offer a way to stake on the most resilient, highest-performing validators on Ethereum.
With Lido opening the majority of its TVL up to our infrastructure, we are about to see many more operators follow Blockdaemon’s lead. The top staking operators prioritize security (and performance, and rewards) for institutions and Obol offers that.
This news is only the latest sign that we are moving closer to the staking end game. Operators are not just lining up to test out DVs. They’re returning once they see the benefits.
