Oifos of Lighthaven #783

Warden of the House of Commerce, Oifos is one of the few surviving Holdaran Ancients. Before Starfall, she was a commander of Guards protecting the great temple of Commerce within the Lighthaven sanctuary at the foot of the mighty Celestial Tower.
