Here's how I would write a job description in 2025: 1) We're not going to tell you what to do There's no playbook. If we knew which buttons to press and in which specific order, we'd build an agent or send the work offshore. You're here because we have NO IDEA what to do, which means: 2) You have to take risks A career here means swinging for the fences. There's no set promotional path, no "if you do X, Y, and Z you get a promotion." Burn a path into the divine beyond. 3) Get to the edge fast The internet is an infinite game. Get to an edge as fast as you possibly can and plant the flag for our organization. If we can build a business around it, you'll own it. But if you can't get to an edge, we'll have to find someone who can. 4) Love the game The only people who are going to master their corner of the internet are obsessive. They see this as a game whose underlying rules are always changing, and their hobby is refining their play to always stay ahead. As the Red Queen says in Alice in Wonderland: "Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place." 5) Sky's the limit If you perform well, the sky's the limit in terms of responsibility and business line ownership. Discover a new secret? We will give you every resource imaginable to own it, scale it, and win. What we're looking for is: - entrepreneurialism - acceptance of uncertainty - extreme ownership - aggression and speed What we promise you is: - permissionless culture: near-instantaneous decision-making based on limited evidence - unlimited resources: when we say yes to something we are fully behind you - infinite growth: if you're successful here you'll have your perfect life--working with smart, aggressive, likeminded people on the game you're most passionate about

Every modern passport and ID card has a digital signature and private key in it. 121 counties and counting. This signature is signed by the issuing government and can be used to prove you have a real valid passport. The passport chip even contains a photo signed by the government. The zk passport team are working on doing on device face detection and proving a liveness check against the person holding the phone. 🤯 And yes all of this can be proven inside s clients side zero knowledge proof. Welcome to the age of privacy preserving identity checks.
