I am convinced ETH will NOT be a long term success without displacing BTC as crypto’s primary SOV. It’s just ignorance or laziness to assume BTC is superior to ETH in any way.
It may be conventional wisdom, but it’s incorrect. The Ethereum community should never accept this false premise.

I really don't get the blind support for Bitcoin within the Ethereum community.
We gave Bitcoiners the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, they are just blatantly lying and misleading investors instead of being honest about their issues.
Ethereum is the better Bitcoin.

I learned that crypto is too stressful for me without conviction. I can’t manage 80% drawdowns without conviction. I’d panic and sell without conviction. It’s why I keep 90% of my portfolio in ETH.
The arc of crypto investing is long, but it bends toward Ethereum…

i've tried to help many people i know irl build a position on ETH, especially during bear markets
most aren't receptive at all
some are receptive, but they don't hold. many quietly capitulate in the rough patches and don't tell me until much later
a very few are receptive, and do hold and don't capitulate with great difficulty
i can suggest the positioning, but i can't transfer my conviction
so i do here what i can't do with them and spam my thesis every week and sometimes everyday to give you a fighting chance to build a position in what will be one of the most important assets of this century before the entire rest of the world even understands what it is

The single most radicalizing moment of my life happened when I was 21. I was living paycheck to paycheck at the time and BARELY scraping by. It was payday, and I went to use my debt card to buy groceries, and it was rejected. I knew the direct deposit was in and I was confused. My account was almost empty. I went to the bank to figure out what happened and nearly lost my mind. I was hit with dozens of 30 dollar overdraft fees. The bank intentionally put through large charges FIRST despite the large charges being charged after. They held back the lower micro purchase charges, and then once my account was zeroed out, they put through a string of small charges, charging me 30 dollars for each one. I paid over 30 dollars for a tin of altoids, I paid 35 dollars for five dollars in gas. Had they posted the charges correctly, I would have just been rejected. I was young and dumb and barely scraping by, but my balance at the ATM kept saying there were funds available. They hit me with so many overdraft fees that it took me months to get back on even footing.
I still think about it today, and I'm filled with rage. They still pull this nonsense today on the young and poor. So yes, I'm harsh and critical towards our banking system. I want them all in prison.
