I think we'll see $40K per ETH by 2030. The US government is betting the future of the dollar on stablecoins, S&P 500 companies are building L2s to onboard their users to Ethereum, onchain trading and lending of RWAs, fungibles and NFTs is in the first inning, prediction markets are eating culture, onchain games are onboarding new users, among many other factors.
