This campaign (“Campaign”) is administered by the third party organiser ("Organiser) set out in the Campaign page. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, OKX Web3 Wallet (OKX Wallet") is only an aggregator and has no control over the operations of the Organiser or administration of the Campaign, including but not limited to the administration of Campaign rewards. OKX Wallet makes no warranties, representations or undertakings relating to the content and administration of the Campaign.
This Campaign shall be effective during such period as (i) stated on the Campaign webpage or Organiser's webpage; or as determined by the Organiser in its full discretion (Campaign Period").
Rewards may be distributed to the user's wallet address during the Campaign Period or at such other time to be determined by the Organiser, including after the Campaign Period upon completion of designated tasks by users.
Each of OKX Wallet and the Organiser reserves the right to exclude any user or wallet address from participating in this Campaign.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, each of OKX Wallet and the Organiser also reserves the right to revoke the eligibility of any user or wallet address whom it reasonably suspects is engaging in dishonest or abusive conduct, including but not limited to circumstances where users enter multiple wallet addresses to obtain additional rewards, engage in wallet address churning to earn rewards, engage in money-laundering or wash trades, or engage in any other illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity. Users and/or wallet address(es) reasonably suspected of engaging in such conduct may be banned from participating in any future campaigns on OKX Wallet's website and/or platform.
Only transactions settled using the wallet software as determined by the Organiser (set out on the Campaign page) and during the Campaign Period shall qualify for any reward under this Campaign.
Users participating in the Campaign using the OKX wallet also agree to be bound by the OKX Web3 Ecosystem Terms of Service and OKX Web3 Ecosystem Privacy Policy.
OKX Wallet and the Organiser reserve the right to interpret, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this Campaign and/or any of the Campaign Terms at any time for any reason without prior notice. In the event of conflict, OKX Wallet has the sole discretion to the final decision and interpretation of these terms.
If there are multiple language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail in the event of conflict.
OKX Wallet expressly disclaims any and all responsibilities and liabilities for any technical, pictorial, typographical, editorial or other error or omission in this Campaign or these terms and conditions

1. Deze Campagne is (i) geen aanbod, aanbeveling of uitnodiging tot het doen van een aanbod om digitale bezittingen te kopen, verkopen of anderszins te verhandelen; en (ii) niet bedoeld om enig advies of aanbeveling te verstrekken (ongeacht belegging, handelsaccount, boekhouding, juridisch, fiscaal of anderszins). Deze Campagne is ook niet bedoeld voor verspreiding aan, of toegang door, een persoon in een rechtsgebied waar een dergelijke verspreiding of toegang in strijd zou zijn met toepasselijke wet- of regelgeving. Personen of entiteiten die toegang hebben tot en/of deelnemen aan deze Campagne dienen zich te informeren over dergelijke beperkingen en deze na te leven. Digitale bezittingen zijn speculatief en zeer volatiel, kunnen op elk moment illiquide worden en zijn zeer risicovol. Personen die handelen in digitale bezittingen kunnen de volledige waarde van hun bezittingen verliezen. 2. De waarde van digitale bezittingen, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot stablecoins, kan en zal van tijd tot tijd sterk fluctueren. De waarde van een beloning tijdens deze Campagne op het moment dat een deelnemer in aanmerking komt voor een dergelijke beloning is mogelijk niet gelijk aan de waarde van een dergelijke beloning op het moment van uitkering aan de deelnemer. Door dergelijke schommelingen kunnen gebruikers op elk moment een aanzienlijke stijging of daling van de waarde van hun bezittingen ervaren. 3. Deelnemers aan deze Campagne zijn verantwoordelijk voor alle toepasselijke belastingen, vergoedingen, kosten en uitgaven (waaronder mogelijk, maar niet uitsluitend, aansluit-, installatie-, service-, gas- en transactiekosten) met betrekking tot de ontvangst en het gebruik van Campagnebeloningen.
