這太真實了——我在改善醫療保健的嘗試中經常看到這一點。 創新會產生新的贏家和輸家,而輸家會拼死捍衛他們所擁有的。

One of the hard lessons of leading a movement: if you are leading a movement and winning, you’ll have many obvious naysayers who oppose your values but winning also begets naysayers who would seemingly be allies or appear to be your tribe. The outer-rung of the movement can be your worst detractors, often privately and with malice, and they know enough to be strategically destructive to your cause. The only answer is to be louder, move faster and prove them wrong. This goes for companies, political movements and any narrative gaining momentum. Your greatest ally is speed. It’s the only way to build scale.
